形態特徵

• Perennial herbs; rhizome; short creeping; stems erect, terete, 14-26 cm tall, 2 mm wide.
• Leaves 2 or 3, fleshy, basal and cauline, 2-27 cm long, cauline leaves longer than inflorescence, terete, septate, with an auriculate sheath at base.
• Inflorescence a terminal cyme, many flowered; lower bracts leaf-like; flowers 3-4 mm long; bracteoles ovate, 2 mm long, 1 mm wide, membranaceous, mucronate; perianth segments lanceolate, 2.5-3 mm long, margin membranaceous, acute or mucronate; stamens 3, ca. 1.5 mm long, anthers ovoid, shorter than filaments.
• Capsules ellipsoid, 3.5-4 mm long, 3-angled, acute at apex; seeds obovoid, 0.6-1 mm long.

分布

• 台灣 : Thus far known only from Taiwan.
